Purchasing from Salon Russe

To purchase from Salon Russe website you have to be a registered client. During the registration you will be asked to provide your delivery address.

Step 1 - creating My purchasing list

We recommend initial collecting paintings into My Gallery. You can view and make changes to My Gallery any time you visit the website. If you are a registered client My Gallery will be automatically saved for your next visiting. If you are not sure what you want to buy or would like to think for a few days about selected paintings My Gallery feature will provide you with this opportunity. You can then move the whole My Gallery to My purchasing list before purchasing. (My purchasing list cannot be saved if you leave the site.) To add any selected painting  directly to My purchasing list click Purchase this work on the painting.

The most of paintings featured on our websites have prices and can be added to the purchasing list for immediate purchase online. There are exceptional situations when prices are not available and appropriate icons appear instead:

— push icon to get the price (you have to be a registered client)

— the painting has been sold

— the painting is currently in someone’s Purchasing List

— the painting has booked for or exhibited at an exhibition

— the painting is in the Salon Russe collection.

Step 2

When you are ready to buy click on "Buy Now" button in My purchasing list, and then choose your preferred payment method:

Credit Card - using the secure PayPal system (we can only accept credit card payments in GBPs);

Bank Transfer – transfer the money electronically directly into our bank account (we can accept payments in GBP, USD (exchange rate – 1,5) and Euro (exchange rate – 1,1).

The total amount to be paid will be increased by delivery expenses calculated on the basis of the following:

Soon after making your payment our representative will contact you to follow up your order personally.
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom in some cases you might be liable to pay appropriate import duties and taxes. Please check the situation in your country with your Customs office before making a purchase.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you'll enjoy the paintings you bought but if for one reason or another you decide not to keep them you can return them within 5 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the full value of the painting less delivery costs. The following conditions apply when returning items:

- We must be notified by email to info@salonrusse.com before returning the painting.

- The paintings must be received in the same undamaged condition.


Bank Transfer

We accept payments via bank transfer - clients can arrange with their bank to send money electronically to Salon Russe Ltd's bank account in London.
